My experience was terrible from start to finish. The site says results should be ready in 24 hours, but it took a whole 3 days for me to get mine. Talking to your customer service was just awful; they were super rude.

I got my results in less than two days, but they didn’t really tell me much. They mentioned possible contamination, so they couldn’t finalize my results.

I made sure to follow all the guidelines (mid-stream urine, cleaned up before the test, you know the drill), so I think I should get a new kit without having to shell out more cash.

Customer service was super quick to respond, but here I am, still feeling unwell and without any clear results.

Update: They’ve sent me a replacement test, so thanks for that!

I reached out to see if there was any discount available since the test I was interested in was quite pricey. They informed me that by ordering a test, I could review them and snag a 15% discount on my next purchase. So, I went ahead and got a cheaper test (turns out I’d save some cash and get an extra test) and after getting my results, I waited for the email. Nothing came through, so I called back, and the lady mentioned, "Oh, you were actually supposed to order two tests." At that point, I felt a bit duped and decided to switch to another service.

I just got an email asking for feedback on the first test. Clearly, the customer service here isn’t quite on top of things. They should just offer straightforward little discounts like that 15% if someone inquires, and save everyone the trouble—especially for repeat customers.

The product itself was simple to use.

I've used this service a couple of times, and while I'm generally happy with it, I feel the advertised turnaround time is a bit off.

On the plus side: the test kits were sent out quickly and arrived as promised via Royal Mail; the instructions were straightforward; and the dispatch and receipt by the Doctors Laboratory went as expected, considering Royal Mail's quirks.

However, the results took 72 hours or more in both instances, which is not the ‘usually within 24 hours of receipt’ as claimed on their website. I only got updates after reaching out to ‘The STI Clinic’ to ask about my results.

It seems like there might be a mix-up since the Doctors Laboratory mentions a two-day turnaround for the tests, and maybe ‘The STI Clinic’ has a different setup. I was told that updating the results for customers is a manual task, which could be causing the delays.

If the Doctors Laboratory is meant to deliver results in 24 hours but can't keep up with the test volume, then ‘The STI Clinic’ ought to revise their claims.

Other providers using the Doctors Laboratory mention that results are ready in 2-3 days, which aligns with what the lab states.

From my perspective, it’s not so much about waiting three days instead of one; it’s the misleading expectation of a one-day service when that doesn’t seem to be the case.

The service was super professional, fast, and really friendly. I’ve got nothing but good things to say. Definitely recommend!
